
Do you have a SIF Implementation? If so, not only do we want to know more about what you are doing, we’re willing to give you something for sharing!
We’re working hard to make sure those using SIF are getting the support they require. That’s why we’re gathering information about existing SIF Implementations. The SIF Implementation Survey will provide SIF Association personnel with vital information to inform future Association programs. Information from this survey will be aggregated and trends made available to the SIF community and those interested in implementing SIF.
The Survey consists of a set of questions about the institution where SIF is being used and the nature of that implementation. You will have an opportunity to indicate if you are willing to be contacted by others with SIF implementations or would like the contact information to remain confidential.
We value your time and knowledge so those who complete the survey will receive a 1 year non-voting membership in the SIF Association, a $500 value! Those who are already members will get an additional 15% discount off the already reduced member registration price on either an Annual Meeting or End User Meeting registration.
To Register your Implementation --
1. Download the SIF Implementation Survey Prep Sheet.
2. Collect the information required.
3. Go to the Registration Site and submit the information.
4. You will be sent a confirmation email and instructions on how to get your membership
or discount.
